Website information notice
This notice explains what we collect through the website, why we use it and how to request access, correction or deletion.
When you submit an RFQ, we collect the contact, company, product, specification, quantity, packing, delivery and other commercial details you provide. Basic technical request information may also be recorded for security and troubleshooting.
We use the information to assess the requirement, communicate with you, source and qualify an offer, coordinate samples or documents, prevent abuse and maintain a record of the commercial conversation.
Relevant details may be shared with Guru Chemicals personnel and, where necessary to evaluate the RFQ, with prospective manufacturers, authorised distributors, logistics providers or professional advisers. We limit the shared information to what the transaction reasonably requires.
Enquiry records are retained for commercial follow-up, compliance and dispute-resolution needs, then reviewed when they are no longer reasonably required. No internet system can be guaranteed risk-free, but access is restricted to the business workflow used to manage enquiries.
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons. Email commercial@guruchemicals.com with the subject “Data request”.
